The exterior of PLFM’s new Education Building is complete! Once the inside is finished, this building will feature a large classroom, teaching kitchen, office space, and private rooms for after-school programs and health screenings.
We are continuing to raise funds for this building through grants, monetary and in-kind donations. We welcome skilled workers/volunteers and donated building materials to finish construction of the facility. This facility will allow PLFM to offer significantly more life-changing programs in a safe environment regardless of weather, time, or season.
The Education Building will be next to the existing outdoor pavilion and provide around 3,000 sq. ft. of indoor space. The classroom area will have an open floor plan accommodating 40-50 students engaged in hands-on learning.
